Sign-in, two-factor and passkeys
You sign in with your e-mail address and password. For more protection, set up two-factor authentication or sign in with a passkey, which needs no password. Both are optional and apply to your own account, whatever role you work in.
- Open the sign-in page and enter your E-mail address and Password.
- Choose Log in. With Remember me the browser keeps you signed in longer.
- If two-factor authentication is on, enter the Authentication code from your app.
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot your password?, enter your e-mail address and open the link in the e-mail.
Turn on two-factor authentication
- Open the user menu, choose Settings and then Security.
- Choose Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app or enter the setup key.
- Enter the 6-digit code and confirm it.
- Store the recovery codes in a password manager.
Set up a passkey
- In the user menu, open Settings, then Security, and choose Add passkey.
- Give it a Passkey name, for example "MacBook Pro", and choose Register passkey.
- Next time, sign in with Sign in with a passkey.
Example
The head of marketing at Lindenholz Küchen (marketing@lindenholz.example) sets up a passkey on her laptop and also turns on two-factor authentication for password sign-in.
Each recovery code works only once. If you need new ones, choose Regenerate codes. To sign in with a code, use Or log in with a recovery code.
Without an authenticator app and without recovery codes you cannot get back into the account. Store the codes safely before you close the window.
