For companies

Your campaigns, your standard.

Whether your marketing team does everything itself, hires agencies or both: you set the rules, everyone works by them. You see every campaign, every check and every result, and what you build stays with you.

How you work

In-house, with agencies or both.

All in-house

Several teams, one language

Social media, newsletter, sales, HR and trade fairs build links by the same rules. Even someone who launches a campaign twice a year builds it correctly, because every field explains what it expects.

The knowledge stays in the system when someone leaves the team or goes on parental leave.

With agencies

Your standard, your data

Each agency works to your convention and sees only its own campaigns. You invite agencies for free and withdraw access with one click.

If the agency changes, campaigns, links and tracking documentation stay with you.

Mixed

One report for everyone

Your team runs newsletter and social media, the agency runs paid search. All campaigns land in the same channels, the same report and the same history.

For every campaign it is clear who is responsible: your team or exactly one agency.

Why conventions fail

A standard is quickly agreed. It has to hold up every day.

Reason 1

The rule lives in a file

The convention sits in a spreadsheet or a PDF. Whoever builds a link under time pressure does not look it up but types from memory.

Here the convention is part of the link builder: people pick from your values instead of looking them up.

Reason 2

Every handover dilutes it

New colleague, new agency, new channel: everyone writes sources and campaigns a little differently, until “newsletter”, “Newsletter” and “nl” sit side by side in the report.

New values are requested and approved by an admin. From then on they apply to everyone, team and agencies alike.

Reason 3

Nobody sees whether it holds

Whether a link is built correctly and the measurement works often shows only when numbers are missing from the monthly report.

Instant checks and the start checklist show it before the launch, the arrival check in Matomo afterwards.

From the name to the measurement: Feinwerk Campaigns checks not only whether a link is named correctly, but also whether the landing page works and whether goals and events are actually counted in Matomo.

What you get

Six reasons why order is cheaper.

01

One convention for everyone

You define sources, media, campaign names and channels. Your team and every agency build links by them; deviations show up while the link is being built.

02

Agencies see only their own

Each agency sees its campaigns and results. The budgets and numbers of the others stay invisible.

03

"Ready to start" means ready

A campaign only starts once all links are checked and all tracking requests are done. A workspace admin can approve an exception with a reason, which is recorded in the history.

04

Numbers everyone can find

Results per campaign and link, with KPI targets and an explanation for every number. No Matomo training needed.

05

Tracking for data protection

All tags per website with purpose, consent category and owner. The basis for your privacy policy and consent banner.

06

Change without loss

Whether an agency leaves or someone from the team: campaigns, links and documentation stay, with a history of who did what and when.

Who sees what

Your workspace, your rules.

Everyone has their own login. Your team works with roles; agencies get access for campaigns, tracking or both, on request for individual websites only.

  • Roles for your team: admin, editor, reader
  • Agencies manage their own team
  • Withdrawing access takes effect at once, the data stays

Questions you settle by e-mail today.

Recruiting campaign

The questionHR places job ads on three job boards. How do we measure this cleanly without someone from marketing building every link?

The answerThe convention sets sources and naming patterns, and the link builder explains every field. Someone who rarely builds campaigns still builds them correctly.

Website relaunch

The questionWhich running links still point to pages that no longer exist after the relaunch?

The answerThe search by destination URL lists all live links under /produkte/alt/, across all teams and agencies.

Agency change

The questionWhat did the old agency leave behind, and what can we switch off?

The answerAfter access is withdrawn, the platform lists live links, open requests and requested tags. Planned

Trade fair with QR codes

The questionWhich poster brings the most visits, and what if the landing page changes?

The answerOne link per print medium. Printed QR codes never hit a dead end: they point to a link whose destination you can change after printing. Coming soon

Privacy review

The questionWhich third parties load on our website, and with which consent?

The answerThe tracking inventory lists every provider with purpose, category and status. As an export for your privacy policy. Planned

Campaign launch

The questionCan we go live on Monday, or is something still missing?

The answerThe start checklist shows per campaign which links are checked and which requests are done.

Common questions

What companies want to know.

Who owns the data?

You do. Campaigns, links, convention and tracking documentation live in your workspace. Agencies and providers get access for a period, and you withdraw it at any time without losing anything.

Do we need Matomo?

No. Planning, links, landing page checks, tracking inventory and click counts also work with GA4 or no analytics tool at all. With Matomo you add results per link and a check that new events arrive.

What do agencies see of each other?

Agencies with campaign access see only the campaigns and results assigned to them. A tracking provider sees name, period and link targets of campaigns with a request, but no budgets, costs or results. You see everything in your workspace.

Do we have to pay for every employee?

No. You pay per workspace, not per person. Your team and the invited agencies work along at no extra cost.

We already have campaigns running. Can we take them over?

Yes. Existing links can be adopted or imported by CSV and are then checked against your convention.
