What is a workspace?
The place for the campaigns of one company, brand or country: with its own convention, its own websites and its own tracking inventory. Most companies need one.
What happens to printed QR codes if we cancel?
Printed QR codes never hit a dead end. After the contract ends, short links and dynamic QR codes keep redirecting for 12 months. After that they show a neutral notice page with the original target address, so visitors still find their way. As the owner you hear in good time when the switch happens.
Is it cheaper without Matomo?
No, the price is the same. The Matomo connection is part of every plan and not an extra.
Can I pay in CHF?
Yes. We bill in EUR or CHF.
What does the pilot cost?
We agree the terms in the first call. Pilot customers set up their first workspace together with us.
